For information on the specific CloneTracker Barcode Library that you have purchased, please review the product information you received by email upon delivery (either by link or attachment):
- Product Certificate (PC or PAC)
- The Product Certificate contains important information such as the viral titer and volume (for libraries provided as viral particles), complexity or number of independent clones, clone sequencing Q.C. data, NGS QC statistics and graphs, and Lot Number. Product Certificates for pre-made CloneTracker Libraries may be also downloaded from the Product Certificates web page and are searchable by Lot Number.
- Barcode Sequence File
- Provided as a Microsoft Excel file upon purchase, the sequence file contains the barcode sequences. If you have not received it, please contact us at tech@cellecta.com.
- Vector Map and Sequence
- The CloneTracker vector sequence is available in SnapGene, GenBank/VectorNTI (.gb), and FASTA formats. The sequence files are available upon request by contacting us at tech@cellecta.com.
- Alignment Software Supporting Files
- The Cellecta LNGS Prep Kits include the Alignment Software which is used to demultiplex and deconvolute Illumina NGS data. The supporting files are available upon request by contacting us at tech@cellecta.com.
Note that as of December 2023, the CloneTracker 50M Barcode Library has been discontinued and we may stop supporting it without prior notice. If you need additional information, please contact us at info@cellecta.com. While the CloneTracker 50M Barcode Library is no longer available, the following enhanced alternatives have been designed to deliver even greater flexibility and performance.
