You must also have installed the Node5 Architecture framework components as well as the Meter to Cash BDI App into your SAP IS-U system.
These should have been installed via your Basis Administration team as a SAINT package or transport request deployment.
The only subsequent requirement is to then have the license key installed for the given SAP system you wish to run the Meter to Cash analysis program upon.
