BPEMs are linked to master data through their attached objects and the /BTI/MDE_C_WRBOR table configuration. For performance reasons, a new custom (Z/Y) extension index must be added to the table EMMA_COBJECT in order for this exception to work under high volumes. This must contain the fields REFOBJTYPE, ID and optionally (but preferably) CASENR.
