System information tab provides clear details of all configured systems within a customer the environment the current installation and the latest version of the installed product. .

The System Information feature in ActiveControl 9.40 can also inform users when a new version of a software component is available. This enables organisations to fully understand their landscape and identify areas that may be out-of-date.

The Offline toggle allows the user to display or hide any inactive or “offline” system previously discovered or configured in the customer environment.


Property Description
System ID The identification number of the central system
Installation Number The installation number for the customer.
Include Offline Systems (toggle) Enables the visualisation of offline system in the table.
System The SID of the system within the customers environment
System Type The type of system as designated by the customers configuration
e.g Production, Development, Test
Installed Information on the version currently installed on the customers system
Latest Version Provides information of the latest version of the customers currently installed product
Status Displays the status of the environment and if the system is on the latest version.
  • Latest – System Online and on the latest version
  • Update available – System Online and can be updated
  • System Offline – System previously discovered but currently unavailable
  • Installed version unavailable – System Online but unable to connect to basis technologies systems
