Sometimes, it can be helpful for us to see the exact issue you are having in the form of a picture or screenshot. You can take a screenshot and then send us the file in the online chat room.

During the chat, you can click the Send File icon to send a file to us.

1. Click the paperclip icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the chat window.

2. Select the file you’d like to send in the File Explorer.

3. The file will then load and be automatically sent in the chat.
