Upgrading the Server

To upgrade server please follow the steps below.

!Console server 4.4.2 force all communication on TLS 1.2, If you are using console thick client with Console server and plan to upgrade to 4.4.2 version. You will have to upgrade Console thick client to latest version. Old console client does not support TLS 1.2.

!If you are upgrading directly from 4.2.0 to 4.4.2 then follow the instruction here. Upgrade using CLI

Step 1 Update CLI

• Please Download CLI package at https://akkadianlabs.s3.amazonaws.com/Public/acs/v4/server/4.4.2/tui-3.2.0-a5f729e.tar.gz

Step 2

• Login to Console Portal and Upload CLI Package.(See below)
• Click on Install.

!After install is successful user will be logged out, please log back in and continue to step 2

Step 3: Update Server

• Download server package from https://akkadianlabs.s3.amazonaws.com/Public/acs/v4/server/4.4.2/aco_server_web.tar.gz
• Login to Console Portal and and Upload server package (See below) and follow the instructions.
• Click on Install.

*After install is successful server will reboot and user will be logged out, please log back in after 15-20 seconds to verify the upgrade.

!Please make sure to clear your browser cache before logging in to upgraded version.
