First of all, we need to install (virtual desktops) VirtuaWin.
Once the program is installed and running, follow the steps in the same order as shown in the instructional video.
!The red circle that appears on the video when you click it means you left-click and the blue circle is right-click!
*The movie uses a combination of Ctrl buttons and left and right arrows, which means that we will switch between virtual desktops using these key combinations. Of course, this is just an example and you can apply your own settings. In the “Expert” tab of the application, the “Z order” option has been selected, which is important when switching between virtual desktops. If the desktops and the windows displayed in them switch too slowly, try other modes available in the application.
We created 5 virtual desktops in the example video. These are:
- 1 – Main panel – this is where we will place the main platform window.
- 2 – “A” and “B” series – this virtual desktop is designed for “A” and “B” series windows.
- 3 – Groups 1 to 8 – here we will place 8 group windows. – (we forgot to add 1 – 8 in the film)
- 4 – Low numbers 0 to 18 – here we will place 19 windows of low numbers and a statistical bar graph.
- 5 – High numbers 19 to 37 – here we will place 18 high numbers windows, a statistical bar chart and additionally the platform logo.
*The number of desktops, their order and their names are the scheme that we think is the most intuitive to use, but users may have their own preferences. Someone who in his game prefers, for example, series or group charts control, will not have to create virtual desktops for number windows. The number, names and order of virtual desktops can be changed at any time and adjusted to each other.
