• To set up the order that Routines will appear on the app, click on the Client Routine Order link. If this is the first time that you are setting up programs for your child, click Add New Item at the bottom of the list of names that appears on the screen.
  • You will see the following screen:

  • Using the drop-down, select the name of your child. Once you select a client name, any Routines that you have selected in Specific Client Programs (SCP) will show up in the Routine Order field. In the example below, when we set up the Shoe Tying program, we specified that it would be part of the Independent Living Skills Routine. That Routine shows in the box below.
  • Enter a start date and end date for this Routine. This should probably just be one year.
  • Using the check boxes, select which days of the week you want this Routine to run.

  • In the Routine Order box, select Add, and you will see it moved over to the box on the right.

  • Move over any additional Routines that are listed on the left in the Routine Order box to the right hand side. Routines will appear in alphabetical order on the iPad itself. But the order that you select the routines to be moved over here will be used to list out the order on the Routine Order tab on the iPad.
  • Additional considerations:
    • You can set up separate Routine Orders for programs that have different Start and End dates and/or different assigned days of the week by returning to* Add New Item.*
    • Use the Client Routine Order link to modify existing Routine Orders by clicking on the Client Name or + , and then the paper and pencil icon.
  • Schedule box – add any information in here on order of Routines that you want to prescribe
