Setting up Program Orders

Once you have set up the order of your Routines, you next want to specify the order of the Programs within each of those Routines.

Click on the Client Program Order link. Click on Add new item. You will see the following screen:

Using the drop-down for Client Name, select your child. As soon as you select the child’s name, the list of Routines established for this child will populate in the Routine field, and the list of Programs assigned to the first Routine in the list will populate in the Program Name field. See example below.
Enter the Start Date and the End Date for the Program.
Using the check boxes, select which days of the week you want this Program to run. All programs will show on iPad at all times, however, depending on the days of the week you select here, the program bars will be in different colors on the iPad. Here is how the color is determined:
- GREEN = go – this program is scheduled for today and the number of repetitions has not yet been met.
- YELLOW = slow – this program is really not scheduled for today, but if you have time and can squeeze it in, go ahead and run it
- RED = stop – all repetitions for the day have already been completed

Please note: the color of the tab for Distributed Trials will be determined by the program (within distributed trials) that has the highest repetitions for the day. For example, if you have two programs assigned to Distributed Trials and one specifies 1 repetition/day and the other specifies three repetitions/day, the tab on the iPad will remain green until 3 repetitions of the Distributed Trials program has been completed.

In the Program Name box, move over the names of the Programs to the box on the right via the Add button IN THE ORDER THAT YOU WANT THE PROGRAMS TO BE LISTED IN THIS ROUTINE.

A separate Program Order needs to be established for each Routine that appears in the list. Do this by selecting a different Routine name in the Routine field. Each time a different Routine name is selected, the programs that you have assigned to that Routine will appear in the Program Name box. Repeat the above process until all Routines have been completed.
Schedule – enter any information that you want to convey about the programs that you have scheduled. This information will appear on the iPad.
