• The next set of fields reference the Mastery Criteria for the program. There are 5 fields for TA and Shaping programs, while there are 10 fields for DTT programs. The Mastery Criteria fields are part of the “smart” system in Big Data – meaning that the system will [send you an alert] according to the information that you enter in the following fields. • For T+A and Shaping+ programs, the following fields should be completed:
    • Criteria for Program Mastery Percentage – this is the overall percentage that you want to set for the program. This has to relate to the number of steps in the TA (i.e., you can’t set a 90% criteria if you have only 5 steps in the TA). This also relates to the number of critical steps in the TA (i.e., there are some TA’s where every step is necessary for mastery, but other TA’s where you could skip a step one day and still be ok). Finally, this relates to the time start and end dates; if a limited time (i.e., 3 months), then you might only be expecting the client to get to 60% in this 3-month time block.
    • Criteria for Program Mastery Period – enter the total number of trials/opportunities/day for meeting the percentage
    • Criteria for Program Mastery Period Scale – select the scale you are using from the drop-down As in, 90% for 5 opportunities
    • Criteria for Program Mastery People – enter the total number of people the skill has to be performed with at the mastery percentage. This should be more than 1 person.
    • Criteria for Program Mastery Environments – enter the total number of environments the skill has to be performed in at the mastery percentage. This should be more than 1 environment.

  • For DTT programs, the following additional fields need to be completed:
    • Criteria for Set Mastery Percentage- this is the overall percentage that you want to meet for the set.
    • Criteria for Set Mastery Rate – this is the number of trials you want the percentage to be met for
    • Criteria for Set Mastery Periods – this is the total number of trials you want the percentage to be met across. As in 2/3 trials. (Rate/Periods)
    • Criteria for Set Mastery Period Scale – this is the scale you are using
