Notification email/SMS

There can be set template for sending SMS messages and mail messages for customers, drivers and carriers, entered message names, senders.

The list of available variables that can be used to create message templates appears after hovering the mouse over the message box and pausing it for a while.

The time t tag is indicated in minutes and means the deviation from the planned arrival time by the specified number of minutes in one direction and the other, i.e. earlier and later.

Example: If the scheduled time of arrival to the client is 9:00, then with tags, the time designation in the SMS will be as follows:

• t : 9:00 (scheduled time)
• t15 : 8:45-09:15
• t30 : 08:30-09:30
• t60 : 08:00-10:00
• t120 : 07:00-11:00
