The “user is updating” error can occur if there were several clicks on the program shortcut when logging in and, accordingly, the update began to load several times.
To log in and work in the system, follow the instructions below:
1. Go to the folder where Rinkai is stored
2. Next folder “run”
3. “Win” folder and if the update is stuck, then in the place where debug, launch – you must have the “update in progress process”
4. Remove the update in progress process
5. Try to login
