Tickets
Previously, if you raised a ticket and assigned it to yourself, you would still get an email advising you that a ticket was assigned to you
This has now been removed – if someone else assigns a ticket to you, you will still receive the email – but not if you assign it to yourself
 
When you use quick-close – you will now prompted to enter the time spent

 
The Xstra Menu has been given a bit of a rebadging and tidy up

You may notice the product catalogue listed there – this is part of the current focus: Billing
The current tabset is looking a little like this:

I will hold off on updating until it is developed a bit further


Also under current development is our reporting system – Daniel G has progressed rather well and there will be an update in the coming days about this
