All Screens
Save My Layout has been fixed – now when you click save my layout it will remember all the settings on that screen, even after you log out

*Known issue – for screens with buttons on the left (such as My Open Tickets), saving a custom layout puts the buttons on the right/end of the row

Emails
There are now screens for viewing all emails in the system – these can be accessed from the left hand menu

The list of CC Recipients is now visible on emails (the information wasn’t captured in the past, so it will only apply to emails from now)

Email listings have the CC column

(hidden by default, use the column menu to turn it on)

Open Tickets
Added filters to columns that didn’t have them (added new columns yesterday but didn’t add the filters)
Note for date filtering (or for filtering in general but especially for dates)
If you are looking for something that is on a particular date, the fastest way is to use the quick filter (in the blue strip)
If you want to look for things over a date range, it is better to use the extended filtering in the column menu (the 3 dots menu)

CSI
The edit ticket screens now have a CSI section – this is collapsed by default and only visible to XSTRA Staff

Internal Messaging
XCRM 2 has an internal messaging system that I am working on
The main purpose will be to notify tech of events such as new emails coming in for tickets
I have added a count of unread messages to the top banner

Clicking on this will bring up the messages list that you can filter for new/viewed
When you click on a message and then close the message it will mark it as read

If you are logged in at the time a message arrives for you, it will popup in the bottom right corner

The only messages so far have been from me – clicking reply will allow you to send a message back to me
In the future, this will be expanded to have links to tickets etc

Technical Details
Currently it works on a polling system
it checks for messages to popup every 30 seconds
I intend to look into more of a push system to have real-time messaging … eventually

User Search
Primary Site number (eg c-40-7) can be used in the user search box to show all users at that site (the tooltip has been updated too)
