10.1.3. Visitors

Visitors are, as a class, anyone with neither voice nor vote, though the the assembly may summon a visitor to address the assembly at the discretion of the assembly. There is the usual sort of visitor but also some in special classes (e.g., assembly staff, agency representatives, and seminarians). This list is accurate as of the close of the Synod Assembly, 6 June 2026.
