Whereas, the WV-WMD Synod may consider sending a delegation to our companion synod in Madagascar in 2027, therefore be it

Resolved, That the 2026 WV-WMD Synod Assembly direct the Synod Council that they may use reserve funds at their discretion to fund a 2027 delegation to our companion synod in Madagascar.
