The Organization should make visa arrangements for the selected candidate at the appropriate time prior to, or upon arrival at the duty station as required by the host country. If the candidate claims to have a valid visa, the HR Partner must verify it to confirm that it is a current, original and valid visa issued by the proper authorities. Original visas should also be verified for all dependants, if applicable. Copies of the verified original(s) must be maintained in the OSF.
