1. Serving UN Secretariat staff members who have indicated having been issued a disciplinary or administrative measure against them are not prejudiced during the evaluation and assessment process. For selection consideration, the head of entity or the Secretary-General should review the self-reported information to make an informed decision.
  2. Staff members who have been issued a disciplinary measure in the form of deferment of eligibility for consideration for promotion shall be excluded from such consideration for the relevant period.
