Applicants are asked if they have ever committed, been convicted of, or prosecuted for, any criminal offence, or have been involved, by act or omission, in the commission of any violation of international human rights law or international humanitarian law, and if so, to provide details. Only the applicants who do not have anything to report and who are screened in with the approval of the senior recruiters are released to hiring manager.
