1.1. Log in

If you have not already done so, first complete the steps to Activate your Microsoft account, then Set up multi-factor authentication.

1. Once you have activated your Microsoft account, click Member States Portal Landing Page to log in to the Member State Portal Landing Page.
2. Select your Microsoft Account.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your log in credentials and click Sign in.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the MFA option you would like to use and respond to the authentication request.
   
   
   
   
5. The Member State Portal Landing Page displays.
