4. Instructions for Activating Your Account

If you have not already done so, complete the steps to Activate your Microsoft account, then Set up multi-factor authentication.

1. Open https://ms.umoja.un.org to log in to the SWPMS-HR.
2. Select your Microsoft Account.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your log in credentials and click Sign in.
   
   
   
   
4. Click the MFA option you would like to use and respond to the authentication request.
   
   
   
   
5. The UN Secretariat workforce portal for Member States page displays.
