Images which have a missing or generic thumbnail image did not successfully arrive into the Photo Portal. The images will need to be deleted from the collection and reuploaded into the Photo Portal.
To remove the corrupt image from the collection simply click the “x Remove” button underneath the corresponding image. You can reupload an individual image to an existing collection by following the steps outlined below.
Select the Upload to this collection in the Actions menu in the Current Collections frame. Clicking this will bring up the familiar upload form and filling in the relevant information will let you proceed with the normal upload process. Once all of the information has been filled out and the image has been uploaded successfully it will be visible in the corresponding collection in the My Collections frame.
