You can create a new Action Point using the icon in the upper right corner.

This will bring you to the Add Action Point form.

Highlights of This Form:

Description
The name of the action point. Often times corresponds to a physical location. The description you enter will show up at the top of the printable QR code as highlighted here.

Instructions:
The instruction entered here will be displayed in the web form that opens when a user points their camera at the action point QR code and clicks the link. Here’s an example of what the user sees.

Job
The job selected here will be linked to this action point. Anytime an action is initiated from this action point, it will automatically be linked to the job specified here. For example, if the action initiated is to create a trouble ticket, that ticket would automatically contain the job associated with the action point.

Ticket Priority
This will be the priority assigned to any trouble tickets created using this action point.

Identifier
This internal ID is not exposed to the user who points their camera at the action point. It is for internal use and is attached to any trouble tickets that get created using this action point.

QR Code Footer
The copy entered here is displayed underneath the printable QR code as highlighted here.

Show Company Logo (advanced options)
When selected, your company logo will be displayed at the top of the action point form that the user sees when they point their camera at the action point QR code and click the link.

Allow Photo Attachments (advanced options)
When selected, the user will be given the ability to attach images when action is initiated from this action point.
