Action Points Overview
Action Points are QR codes posted in specific locations in the field (typically at job sites). Action points allow people to initiate actions by pointing their phone’s camera at the QR code and tapping the link.
Action Point QR codes can be printed on paper, stickers, or magnets and placed in key onsite locations, such as restrooms, entrances, or common areas, allowing anyone present—like tenants in an office or apartment building—to report issues or request assistance. For example, a tenant who experienced a dirty restroom could trigger a janitorial request, or a tenant who observes suspicious activity might initiate the dispatch of a security guard.
Here is an example of an action point that a janitorial company might put outside a restroom. Point your camera at it and try it out.

The Action Points page can be accessed by selecting “Work” from the top menu and then “Action Points” from the drop down.
