You can upload files (contracts, state licenses, etc.) to a vendor record using the Files button in the vendor table.

This brings up a window that allows for uploading and editing files for this vendor.
To upload a file, just drag and drop or click to open a file explorer window on your device.

Once the file has been uploaded, you can view, edit, or delete it.

Notice you can set an expiration date on the file. This is useful for documents that expire, such as annual licenses or contracts.

When a file reaches its expiration date, it will be highlighted in the vendor table.
