Please make sure that your device meets the minimum requirements listed in the Compatibility & Requirements section.
1. If your device meets these requirements, try turning the device off and on again.
2. Please find the Sygic app in your phone’s settings > Apps > Sygic and click “Force Stop” to clear the cache as well
3. If the problem persists and you can launch the app, go to Settings, scroll to the very bottom, and select “Reset to original settings”.
4. If you are using an SD card, go to Settings > Data Storage and mark the internal memory to move your data there. If this situation occurs when using only one SD card, we recommend replacing it.
5. If the app crashing issue persists, completely reinstall the app. Please note that reinstalling the app will result in the loss of your personal data in the app (favorites, saved routes, etc.) if you do not back them up. To learn how to back up your data, see Backup and Restore.
Instructions for complete uninstallation of the application:
- Uninstall the app from Android.
- Using a file manager, or using a computer, delete any application files that are left.
- Reinstall from the Play Store.
