In case downloading maps doesn’t work, or the map download stops, please proceed as follows:
- Restart your device
- Check the size of the map you are downloading in the Menu > Manage Maps and make sure you have enough free space in the device’s memory (please note that some devices will not allow you to add new files if the free space in the phone’s internal memory is less than approx. 350MB).
- Make sure you have a stable connection to a Wi-Fi or mobile network and that no firewall/antivirus is blocking your connection.
- Launch Sygic navigation, go to Settings, scroll to the very bottom and select “Reset to Default Settings”. Then restart the app.
- As a last resort, try reinstalling the app. Please note that reinstalling the app will result in the loss of your personal data in the app (favorites, saved routes, etc.) if you do not back them up. To learn how to back up your data, see Backup and Restore.
