To log in to the app, proceed via Menu > Login.
The login is used to activate the purchased products/licenses. Make sure you’re using the account you entered when you made the purchase. The password is created by the user himself. In case you don’t remember it, you can change it via the Forgot Password website.
If you purchase a Premium+ subscription, this subscription will be tied to the account used to make the purchase.
Logging in to the app is also useful for us when you contact the Sygic customer support team. It allows us to identify the user in the database faster and can provide you with faster assistance.
