To personalize the app, just go to Main menu → Settings, and pick which setting you would like to modify. All of the options are explained in this chapter of the guide.
- Route Planning & Navigation – settings affecting your route planning.
- Language & Sounds – Settings where you can change the app language and voice settings.
- Notifications – Settings for warnings in advance for speed cameras, railway crossings or similar road events.
- View & Units – Toggle features shown while navigating and select displayed unit types.
- Fuel Type – Select your preferred fuel type.
- Offline maps – Toggle offline maps settings.
- SmartCam – Change the settings of the SmartCam feature.
- Traffic – Adjust traffic notifications settings.
- Cockpit – Toggle to minimize the feature into the Info bar.
- Speed Cameras – Speed cameras notifications settings
- Wrong-way Warning – Toggle the feature on or off.
- Favorites panel – Toggle the display of the Favorites panel in the Main Navigation Screen and Parked vehicle feature.
- Backup & Restore – Backup or restore your favorites to or from Dropbox,
- Data Storage – Select where the app files should be stored (doesn’t affect Dashcam video recordings).
- GPS location provider – Toggle GPS provider to troubleshoot issues with current location display when connected via Android Auto.
- Info – Section containing various app information and access to some of our public information sites.
- Give us Feedback – Contact Sygic with feedback.
- Reset to Defaults – Reset all your Sygic app settings changes to default values.
Please Note: Reset to defaults changes not just settings, but also app internal tokens, which can log you out from the app. This doesn’t affect any of your licenses or subscriptions.
