In this article you will learn how to create price lists and how to assign them to different products and customers.
Why you will need this:
Price lists allows your company to define different prices to a product and to assign customers to the price list. When a sales order is created for a customer which is assigned a price list, products in the price list will get the prices defined in the price list.
Price lists are useful when setting pricing rules depending on the way you conduct your business. For example, a small store that only buys from you occasionally, may be assigned a price greater than a big customer that orders from you in great quantities.
