Wave pick listing and selection on a mobile device

In this article you will learn how to see listed wave picks, search for a specific one, and select one to load its details.

Why you will need this:

Once a sales wave pick has been created, you need to select a specific weave pick to load its details and to proceed to ship its products.

Listing a wave pick:

The mobile device has been programmed to efficiently list all the wave picks assigned to you. It allows you to search for specific ones and then select one to proceed to ship it. It also allows you to import one on the fly.

Sales wave pick functionality currently only available on the iOS app.

What do you need to do before:

Sales wave picks need to be sent to the mobile devices. To read on how to send wave picks to the mobile devices click here.

Load the sales wave pick on the mobile device:

1- On your mobile device from the HUB tap on Sales:

2- From the Sales screen tap on the wave pick icon:

3- The Sales Wave Pick – screen loads. This screen lists all the wave picks that have been assigned to you or that you have imported. These are the wave picks you can start shipping products from.

Sales Wave Pick screen

The sales wave pick screen consists of the following elements:

Search criteria: Tap on here to specify the search criteria. The options are listed under 5-
Search box: type a search string to locate a specific wave pick or to scan a wave pick number. When scanning a wave pick number, if the number scanned is not found on the device, it will proceed to requested from the server and if found, it will be assigned to you and imported to your device.
Import wave picks: tapping on this button will allow you to import existing wave pick that are not assigned to you. For more information click here.
Scan wave pick numbers with built in mobile camera: Tapping this button, will load the built in device camera to scan wave pick numbers in linear barcode or QR formats. If the scanned wave pick number is not found on the device, a request will be made to the server to assign and import the wave pick if it is found there.
Search criteria options: After tapping on 1- the different criteria will be listed. Scroll through the wheel selector to select one and tap on it to confirm. After confirming, the selected criterion will be displayed under 1-
List headers: These are the different headers that list specific information of the listed waves. You can tap on a specific header to sort the list by it. Tap once to sort asc, tap again to sort desc, tap again to reset.
List details: lists all the wave pick details. Tap on a specific wave to load the Wave Pick Details – screen.
Once you tap on a sale wave pick from the list, the Wave Pick Details – screen will load.
