In this article, you will learn how to change plan (upgrade or downgrade).

Why you will need this:

If your plan doesn’t fit with your needs anymore, you can easily change it from your portal.

What you will need:

A SwiftCount account. Click here to learn how to create a SwiftCount account

Step 1: Go to your profile settings


Click on your name on the header
Click “My profile”

Step 2: Change your plan

Click the “Billing” tab
Under “Manage my subscriptions”, you can check the plans features OR click on your current plan name under your company’s profile image.
To change plan, click the “Upgrade” or “Downgrade” button of the plan you want to change to.

Enter you password
Click “Proceed”
