In this article, you will learn how to update users permissions.

Why you will need this:

Users can have either “reading” or “action” access to SwiftCount. You can set up what information they have permissions to.

What you will need:

Add users. Click here to learn how to add a user

Step 1: Go to your profile

Click on your name in the top menu
Click “My profile”

Step 2: Update user permissions

Select the “Permissions” tab
Choose the user profile you want to update permissions for
Click “Edit”

In the “Components” section, select the modules the user can see (access) and activities he can do (action).
To select, just click on the check mark so that it becomes blue.
Action: any activity that would affect change. Examples: include, edit, delete, copy, add, upload, move and transfer …

To remove locations the user have access to, click on the “notebook” icon

In the location window, select the location you want to remove access to the user
Click “Apply changes”

Go to the “Modules” tab
Select the components the user can have access to or can do actions

Go to the “Others” tab
Select the components the user can have access to and action
Click “Apply changes” to save permissions
