Update product information via Excel

In this article, you will learn how to update product information via Excel.

To update the product information like description, cost per each, reorder point…

Step 1 Select product and lick on the download icon to get the template

Step 2 Edit the data

Click on the marked icon to download the Excel file with your products:

Once you have the excel file you just need to modify the data you need to change (in this case product costs) and save the changes

In order to upload the modified Excel file and get the changes done in Swiftcount select this other button:

Modify the data needed and then select Import Products (Excel)
Upload the Excel file and that should be it
