What you will need:
To update customers information, you have two (2) different options:
Option #1: Do it from the “Settings” module. See below.
Step 1: Go to the “Customers” settings
Go to the “Settings” module on the left banner, last module.
Click the “Customers” button
Option #2: Do it from the “Sales” module. See below.
Step 1: Go to the “Customers” section
Go to the “Sales” module on the left banner.
Click the “Customers” button
Step 2: Update customer information
Select the customer you would like to update information for
Click “View”
Modify the information you need
Click on the “Save” icon
Additional Options:
Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your customer (a Tag is a way to group your customers with an identifier).
