Mismatch of on hand and available quantity
When you have an issue with items not being available it is usually because some sales have unprocessed items
If you see a difference in the on hand and available like here:

Click on the logo to the right of Available to see the list of orderse with products on it that have not been processed

You can click on the order number (Green box) to open the corresponding order
From there you can decide if to remove the scan from the order or just delete the order altogether

If clicking on View then click on the Garbage bin to the right of the record to remove it
Alternatively you can delete multiple orders that you are not needing to release the products hele on it
