Send a sales order to a customer

In this article, you will learn how to send a sales order to a customer, directly from SwiftCount.

Why you will need this:

SwiftCount allows you to send sales orders to your customer directly from the browser.

What you will need:

Create/Import a sales orders. Click here to learn how to create/import a sales orders

Step 1: Select a sales order

Click on the “Sales” module on the left banner.
Find the order you want to send to a customer
Click “View”

Step 2 : Send the sales order

Click “Send”

Enter the customer’s email address
Click “Send”

Note: You can also send it directly when you are creating the sales order manually.
