Send a message to a user

In this article, you will learn how to send a message to a user from your SwiftCount account.

Why you will need this:

You can to communicate with other users directly from the platform. The said user will receive a notification in his SwiftCount account.

What you will need:

Step 1: User settings

Click on the “Settings” module on the left banner, last module.

Step 2: Send a message to a user

Select the user you want to send a message to
Click on the “Envelope” icon

Write your message
Click “Send”
