Select a unit of measure (UOM) during a count

In this article, you will learn how to select a different unit of measure (UOM) during a count.

Why you will need this:

For some products, you will have various units of measure. Counting with different UOMs will allow you to let SwiftCount do the math for you.

What you will need:

Create/Add units of measure. Click here to learn how to create/add units of measure
Create/Schedule a count.
Count with the app.
The SwiftCount app installed (Download on the App Store or Google Play store)

Step 1: Go to the UOM window on the count screen

Click on “EAx1” icon on the product screen

Select the unit of measure (UOM) you wish to count in.

And that’s it! You can also create a new Unit of Measure on the fly by tapping on the + icon


Fill the required information and tap on Create
