You may need to reset your database, fully or partially.
What you will need:
A SwiftCount account. Click here to learn how to create a SwiftCount account
Step 1: Go to your profile account

Click on your name on the header
Click “My profile”
Step 2: Reset database
Click “Reset database”

Select what to reset. You can reset all the database or only specific components as products, locations, counts, orders …
WARNING – This operation is irreversible. Make sure you select ONLY the information you want to be reset. If you are unsure, you can contact support at any time. We will be glad to walk you through this process.
Enter your password
Click “Reset data”

Click “I understand, proceed” to confirm or click “Cancel”

Note: Only Owner accounts have access to the Reset Database feature and its components (such as resetting locations, products, inventory, etc.).
