Rename a warehouse/store

In this article, you will learn how to rename a warehouse/store.

Why you will need this:

In SwiftCount, you can manage various warehouse/stores with the same account.
If you need to change the name/description of your warehouse/store in SwiftCount.

What you will need:

Add a warehouse/store. Click here to learn how to add a warehouse/store

Step 1: Go to the “Space” section

Click on the “Settings” module on the left banner, last module.
Click “Space”

Step 2: Rename the warehouse/store

Find the warehouse/store you would like to rename
Click “View”

Fill out the form to rename the warehouse/store
Choose a code: your internal identifier for the warehouse/store.
Specify a description: name of the warehouse/store, the street or description
Specify a space type: warehouse, store, e-store…
Click “Save”

Additional Options:

Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your store (a Tag is a way to group your warehouses/stores with an identifier).
