Reducing User Licenses

In this article, you will learn how to reduce the licenses you are paying for your users in your SwiftCount account.

*Why you will need this: *

After deactivating users in order to reduce the monthly bill you need to first de-activate them

Step 1 Deactivating users:

Click on settings to see available users (You can also filter by active and inactive users)

To make a user inactive simply click on Active

Note: An inactive user will be made inactive for a minimum of 10 days. After that it can be reactivated.

Step 2 Reducting user licenses for billing purposes

Click on your Profile (top right)

Then go to Billings and subscriptions

From there you can reduce the number of users that your subscription includes.
