In this article, you will learn how to print barcodes for products.

Using barcodes, in a document or printed individually will help you to do all inventory related tasks more efficiently.
What you will need:
Create products. Click here to learn how to add/import products
Step 1: Select the barcode document
Click on the “Labels” module on the left banner.
Click on the “printing” icon to open the product template.

Step 2: Select the barcodes you want to print
You will have different options to print barcodes : all the products, products from a specific category, products from a specific location or you can choose a few specific products by selecting them manually.
Option 1: Print all products’ barcodes
Click “All” and then “Continue”

Click “Continue”
Option 2: Products from a specific category
Click “Categories” and then “Continue”
Select the categories of products you want to print the barcodes for
Click “Continue”
Option 3: Products from a specific location
Click “Location” and then “Continue”
Select the locations in which you want to print barcodes for
Click “Continue”
Option 4: Select few products manually
Click “Custom” and then “Continue”
Select the products you want to print barcodes for
Click “Continue”
Step 3: Print product barcodes
Select if you want to print barcodes by Part number or UPC.
The part number is your internal identifier for this product.
UPC is the Universal Product Code. The 12 digit “barcode number”, usually setup by the manufacturer.
Select the type of paper. Once selected, you can see a preview of what the templates look like if you put your mouse on the question tag “?” below the paper type selected.Use the start printout option. If you have a partially used label sheet, instead of wasting it, and using a new one, you can select where to start printing the barcodes on the sheet.
Select the quantity of of copies you need
