In this article, you will learn how to print barcodes for your locations.

Using barcodes, in a document or printed individually will help you to do all inventory related tasks more efficiently.

What you will need:

Create locations. Click here to learn how to add/import locations

Step 1: Select the location barcodes

Click on the “Labels” module on the left banner.

Click on the “printing” icon to open the location template.

Step 2: Select the locations you want to print barcodes for

Click “All” or select the locations you want to print barcodes for and then click “Continue”

Step 3: Print barcodes

Select the type of paper.
Once selected, you can see a preview of what the paper looks like if you put your mouse on the question tag “?” below the selected paper type.

Use the “start printout” option if you have a partially used label sheet, instead of wasting it, and using a new one, you can select where to start printing the labels on the sheet.
Click “Print”
