In this article, you will learn how to overwrite shipped product quantities from a specific sales order.
Why you will need this:
One of your shippers could have miscounted during a shipment and you want to correct it from the browser.
What you will need:
Create a shipment. Click here to learn how to create/import sales orders
Pick/Ship from a ship order with the app. Click here to learn how to pick/ship from a ship order
Step 1: Select the shipment you want to overwrite
Go to the “Outbound” module on the left banner.
Locate the shipment you want to overwrite
Click “View”
Step 2: Select the product you want to correct
Select the product you want to correct

Click “View”
If the product you are looking for is not being show in the list check filter marked on the image and select All
Step 3: Select the shipper who shipped the product
Select the shipper who shipped the product
Click “View”
You can’t overwrite quantities already processed.

You can also delete de shipped quantity clicking on the “Trash” Icon.

Step 4: Overwrite the shipped quantity
Overwrite the shipped quantity
Click “Save”

Additional Options:
Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your shipment (a Tag is a way to group your sales order with an identifier).
