Overwrite received product quantities from a specific purchase order

In this article, you will learn how to overwrite received product quantities from a specific purchase order.

Why you will need this:

You could have miscounted received product quantities and you want to correct it from the browser.

What you will need:

Create a purchase order. Click here to learn how to create/import purchase orders
Receive purchase order from the app. Click here to learn how to receive a purchase order

Step 1: Select the purchase order you want to change the received quantity for

Go to the “Orders” module on the left banner.
Locate the PO you want to overwrite
Click “View”

Step 2: Select the product you want to correct

Select the product you want to correct
Click “View”

Step 3: Select the user who received the order

Select the user who received the order
Click “View”
You can’t overwrite quantities of orders that are already processed.

You can also delete the shipped quantity by clicking on the “Trash” Icon.

Step 4: Overwrite the received quantity

Overwrite the received quantity
Click “Save”

Additional Options:

Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your PO (a Tag is a way to mark your PO with an identifier).
