Overwrite counted product quantities from a specific count

In this article, you will learn how to overwrite counted product quantities from a specific count.

One of your counter could have miscounted during the count and you want to correct it from the browser.

Step 1: Select the count you want to overwrite

Go to the “Counts” module on the left banner.
Locate the count you want to overwrite
Click “View”

Step 2: Select the product you want to correct

Select the product you want to correct
Click “View”

Step 3: Select the counter who made the mistake

Select the counter who counted
Click “View”

Step 4: Overwrite the counted quantity

Overwrite the counted quantity
Click “Save”

Additional Options:

Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your supplier (a Tag is a way to group your suppliers with an identifier).
