In this article, you will learn how to manage a sales wave pick in SwiftCount.
Why you will need this:
Sales Wave Picks are basically a group of sales managed together. As such, they need to be shipped and processed just like an individual sale would.
Managing a sales wave pick, as it is picked from the mobile devices, allows you to understand the state of the wave and to determine if the entire wave pick will be satisfied on time.

Note: Sales wave pick is only available under the Essentials and Enterprise plans.
Load sales wave pick listing
Sales wave pick is a component of Sales. As such, it is located inside the sales module. To see the sales wave pick in your company:
Click on the “Sales” module on the left banner, the sixth module.
Once the “Sales” module has loaded, click on the “Sales Wave Pick” button.
The “Sales Wave Pick” screen loads.

On this screen all the wave picks that have been created and you have access to will be listed. Similar to individual sales, the options to manage them are similar.

1- Create new sales wave picks. Click here to learn how to create new sales wave picks.
2- Filter and serach criteria. To locate a specific group of wave picks, you can use the different filters on this section. For example, all the wave picks for warehouse 00 that have been completed more than 45%. You can also sort the waves to be listed based on specific values. For example, sort the waves by Space. For this, simply click on the column header once to sort asc, click again to sort desc.
You can always clear any specific search you have set by clicking on Reset under Actions.
3- Navigation tools: You can navigate through pages of waves or to set how many waves per page to list.
4- Progress bar: It indicates the status of the wave pick in reference to the number of products picked. It ranges from 0% being nothing picked to 100% being fully picked.
5- Actions: Reset to show all waves and clear any to search criteria specified. View details of a specific wave pick by clicking on its corresponding View.
Load a sales wave pick details
Once you have located the sales wave pick you want to work with, proceed to click on “View” buttonto load its details.

2-Ship on Mobile button: click to assign mobile users to the sales wave pick. Click here to see how to assign mobile users to the sales wave pick.
3-Assigned sales: click to see all the sales assigned to the sales wave pick.

4-Sales wave pick barcode: click here to load the barcode for the sales wave pick number. You can use this barcode to quickly scan the sales wave pick on your mobile device to load it.
5-Delete wave pick: click here to delete a sales wave pick. Deleting a wave pick, will delete the wave and all the shipped transactions made under it.
Deleting a sales wave pick DOES NOT delete the sales nor the products assigned to it.
Once a sales wave pick is deleted, the sales assigned to it will be available to be assigned to new waves.
6-Assigned users to the sales wave pick: click here to see what mobile users have been assigned to the sales wave pick. You will also be able to see their individual progress in the sales wave pick.
7-Sales Wave Pick pick list report: Click to generate a pick list report for the sales wave pick. You can choose to sort the report by part number, location or quantity. Also in an asc or desc order.Only products and quantities that remain yet to be picked will be listed on the report.The report uses a smart algorithm to suggest what location(s) have quantities to pick the different products. The algorithm lists first the primary location if it has enough quantity to satisfy the shipment, if it doesn’t, it lists any non-primary location that has enough quantity to satisfy the shipment. If there are no locations to fully satisfy the shipment, it will list up to 5 locations indicating their quantities so the user can decide which locations to go pick the product from.

8-Show item type selector: this selector allows you to filter the sales wave pick items based on their status:
8-1 All: lists all the items in the sale wave pick regardless of the qty picked.
8-2 Non Completed (default): lists all the items in the sale wave pick that haven’t been fully picked.
8-3 Completed: lists all the items in the sales wave pick that have been fully picked or over picked.
9- Status indicator: shows the current status of the sales wave pick. It can be Active, completed, processed.
10- Sales included indicator: number of sales included in the sales wave pick.
11- Items included: number of items included in the sales wave pick.
12- Created on: date the sales wave pick was created.
13- Filter and serach criteria. To locate a specific group of products within the wave pick, you can use the different filters on this section. You can also sort the products to be listed based on specific values. For example, sort the products by Sale Quantity. For this, simply click on the column header once to sort asc, click again to sort desc.
14-Navigation tools: You can navigate through pages of products or to set how many products per page to list.
15-Actions: Reset to show all products and to clear any search criteria specified. View details of a specific product in the wave pick by clicking on its corresponding View.
16- Product listing details: Lists all the products in the sales wave pick and all the details.
All the products in the wave pick will be listed in terms of EA. when grouping the products from the different sales, the wave pick will display the total quantity of the grouping in EA.
