Import sales orders from a 3rd party platform

Step 1: Go to the « Sales » module

Select the “Sales” module on the left banner.
Click the “Cloud” icon (arrow up)

Step 2: Select the sales orders you want to import

Select “Import new sales” if you want to import all the new sales orders or “Import specific sale” if you want to import only one specific sale order.
If you have chosen “Import specific sale” just enter the sales order number you want to import
Click “Sync”
