Import a purchase order by scanning its barcode

The SwiftCount app installed (Download on the App Store or Google Play store)
In order to import a purchase order, a purchase order should be created first in a 3rd party platform. An order number is generated. When the supplier ships the products, upon arrival at the warehouse a slip should be printed at the warehouse upon arrival and handed to the person in the warehouse in charge of receiving the order. Remember to change the status of the order to: “issued” in you 3rd party platform.

Step 1: Go to the “Inbound” module

Click “Inbound”

Step 2 : Download the purchase order

Click on the “Barcode” icon to scan the purchase order barcode or enter the number

Click on the purchase order to open it
